Dar Al-Majid Real Estate Shares to Begin Trading on Main Market

Saudi Arabia’s exchange announced that shares of Dar Al-Majid Real Estate Company will be listed and begin trading on the main market starting Wednesday, September 10, 2025, under the trading code 4326 and international symbol SA16C0723J17.

The exchange stated that daily price fluctuation limits will be set at +/- 30% for the first three days of trading, with fixed price fluctuation boundaries at +/- 10%.

After the initial three-day period, daily price fluctuation limits will revert to -/+ 10%, with fixed pricing fluctuation limits.

In a separate announcement, the Securities Depository Center Company (Icklee) confirmed the addition of Dar Al-Majid Real Estate Company securities to eligible shareholders’ accounts on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

According to available data, Al-Majidiya offered 90 million shares on the main market, representing 30% of the company’s 300 million riyals capital, divided into 300 million shares with a nominal value of one riyal per share.

The initial public offering (IPO) saw subscriptions from 307.02 thousand investors at the final offering price of 14 riyals per share. Total demand from individual investors reached approximately 701 million riyals, resulting in a coverage ratio of 278%.
