Your Missions:
-Under the supervision of your hierarchy, you will ensure preventive and curative maintenance on real estate and vehicles.
-Maintenance of the Building: Execution of various maintenance and repair work (plumbing, electricity, small masonry, repainting) in the premises and on numerous rental apartments.
-Security and Monitoring: Control and verification of fire safety (alarm, fire extinguishers). Supervision, liaison, monitoring and control of companies involved in work.
-Park maintenance: Maintenance of containers and the park. Vehicle maintenance and safety (checks, overhauls, refueling, cleaning, etc.).
-Reporting: Regular report to management of work carried out or to be carried out.

You must ideally hold a CAP (plumbing, heating, painting, etc.), “R+1” fire safety training and authorization to work on electrical installations are major assets.
You have acquired solid experience in an equivalent position and must hold a B permit.
You demonstrate availability, methodology, organizational skills and versatility, you are recognized for your team spirit but also for your ability to work independently and your initiative.
You adopt behavior adapted to users (vulnerable public: people with social or psychological difficulties) and know how to demonstrate discretion and respect for others.
We offer a full-time contract (35 hours), daytime work, Monday to Friday (maximum working hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Rest on the weekend. Tools and vehicles made available by the establishment.
