A minibus pulling a trailer ran into a special bus from behind on the M43 highway in Maroslele on Monday evening, on the side heading towards the border, reports Police.hu. One of the minibus passengers suffered such serious injuries that she died on the spot, Telex learned from the National Ambulance Service. According to the Disaster Management, more than fifty people were traveling on the special bus, and an evacuation vehicle was launched for them.
According to the information of the Emergency Service, several emergency units were called to the scene. “The ambulances transported a man with a serious chest injury and two women with minor injuries to the hospital after being treated on the spot by our comrades,” they added.
The police have closed the entire width of the affected road section for the duration of the inspection and technical rescue, and traffic is being diverted at the Marosleli exit.
