The loss of such a promising young talent has deeply affected the fashion community, highlighting the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment.

Understanding Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM)

Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is a tangle of abnormal blood vessels connecting arteries and veins in the brain. Arteries carry oxygen-rich blood from the heart to the brain, and veins carry oxygen-depleted blood back to the heart. Without the normal network of capillaries, blood flows quickly and directly from arteries to veins, increasing pressure and perhaps weakening the blood vessels. This can lead to rupture and bleeding in the brain (hemorrhage) or reduce the amount of oxygen reaching the brain tissue.

While AVMs are frequently enough congenital, meaning individuals are born with them, they can also develop later in life. Symptoms vary depending on the location and size of the AVM, but may include headaches, seizures, muscle weakness, and vision problems. Treatment options range from medication and minimally invasive procedures to surgery, depending on the severity and location of the malformation.
