The facilitator will play a crucial role in delivering the “CEO of Your New Life” curriculum, a program designed to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets and practical business skills. This involves direct facilitation at facilities in Lancaster and Downtown Los Angeles, as well as the supervision of a team of part-time facilitators. The position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote work (up to three days per week) and on-site engagement at the organization’s Koreatown office and the correctional facilities.

The Program Facilitator’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, all geared towards ensuring the program’s effectiveness and sustainability:

• Program Implementation: Overseeing the complete rollout of the career and entrepreneurship program within designated facilities.
• Curriculum Delivery: Directly facilitating the “CEO of Your New Life” curriculum,fostering an engaging and supportive learning habitat.
• Facility Engagement: Conducting regular site visits to observe instruction,interact with participants,and build rapport with facility staff.
• Data Management: Tracking program data and maintaining accurate records within database systems.
• Communication and Reporting: providing timely updates and feedback to local and national program leadership.
• Facilitator Support: Observing and mentoring part-time program facilitators.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong relationships with correctional officials, serving as a liaison between the facilities and the organization.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during program implementation.
• Post-Release Coordination: Working with post-release program teams to ensure a seamless transition for participants.
• Team Supervision: Managing and supporting a team of 3-5 remote part-time staff members.
• Event Management: Coordinating and facilitating in-custody events such as program kickoffs, business coaching days, pitch competitions, and graduations.
• Compliance: Ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are secured from correctional officials prior to events.

The role may require evening and weekend hours to accommodate facilitation schedules and special events.
