Dessintey, an innovative French player in rehabilitation, today announces the acquisition of the “rehabilitation” activity of the Belgian company Axinesis, manufacturer of robotic devices dedicated to rehabilitation. This operation is part of the strategy of the company based in Saint-Jean-Bonnefonds aiming to offer a complete technological offer in intensive rehabilitation and to accelerate its international presence.
“Becoming a key player on a global level”
This first external growth operation is part of a strong development dynamic for Dessintey. Already present in nearly 30 countries, the company now has nearly 500 IVS (Intensive Visual Simulation) equipment installed and achieved a turnover of more than €10 million in 2025, an increase of more than 50% compared to 2024.

Our ambition is clear: to become a key player at the global level and offer a concrete response to the strong growth in needs for intensive rehabilitation in a context of strong pressure on medical resources,” comments Nicolas Fournier, president of Dessintey.
