Multi-billionaire Rupert Murdoch (94) has already become a father six times. The two youngest children come from his marriage to ex-wife Wendi Deng (57): Grace (24) and Chloe Murdoch (22). In contrast to many others, the young women lead a very private life.
Grace Murdoch
Grace Helen Murdoch is the older sister of the two. The 24-year-old was born in New York. As a child, she attended the prestigious Brearley School before studying history at Yale University. It is not known whether she completed her studies. According to a media report, she is described as rather reserved, but has already done her first internships – for example at the Goldman Sachs bank. She seems to have a good relationship with her father. An Instagram post of hers called him her “favorite person.” This was quoted in a People article. Your Instagram is currently private. You search for other social media channels without success.
Chloe Murdoch
Chloe also attended Brearley School in Manhattan. She is a student at Stanford University. Like her older sister, the 22-year-old keeps her life very private and is not present on social media. Her account is private on Instagram. She mainly appears in her mother’s posts, such as birthday greetings.

Other siblings and heirs
The billionaire’s other children are Prudence (67), Elisabeth (57), Lachlan (54) and James (53). These come from father Rupert’s previous marriages. Over decades he built a global media empire, which includes the Fox Corporation. The question of who will assume this power after his death has been the subject of an intense family dispute for years. At the end of the 1990s, Rupert Murdoch set up a family foundation that holds around 28 percent of his media empire. Rupert himself and his four eldest children originally had voting rights. Grace and Chloe Murdoch were designated as beneficiaries but had no say.
In recent years, the 94-year-old has tried to change the rules and secure sole control for his son Lachlan – on the grounds that only he would continue the conservative course. The plan sparked a months-long family dispute that is often seen as the inspiration behind the series “Succession.”
In September 2025, the family agreed on a new trust: Lachlan Murdoch will receive full voting rights. Grace and Chloe remain financial heirs, but have no influence over leadership. The older siblings get out and receive billions in payments. For the two youngest sisters, this means that they benefit from the family’s wealth, but long-term power over Fox and News Corp lies with their brother Lachlan.
