Noa Vahle arrived home very late due to the exuberant party on the editorial floor of Today Inside. Well, at home with mother Linda de Mol. “She called me up at 4:30 in the morning.”
There was a big party late on Thursday evening in the Today Inside studio, because the talk show was the only program ever to win the Golden Televizier Ring for the second time. The program was represented at the gala in Carré by Hélène Hendriks, Merel Ek and Noa Vahle. They came to bring the ring to Hilversum.
App from John
We have not yet heard from Talpa boss John de Mol about the profit from that Ring, even though it is a program from his SBS 6 that is making off with it. Reporter Max van den Broek asks sister Linda de Mol for De Telegraaf how he reacted. “Did you happen to call your brother John?”
Linda then says: “Yes. Well, I texted him last night. I said: ‘There, 74 percent, there’s no way around that.’ And then he says something like: ‘Yes, nice.’ Hahahaha! That’s about it.”
4:30 am
John is always so dry, according to Linda. “My brother is not into very long WhatsApp messages, but of course I got everything from Noa, because he went to party there. He slept with me and he was home at 4.30 am, but he didn’t know how the gate opened, so he woke us up. Well, fine, yes.”
Max finally: “Is this John’s way of showing happiness?”
Linda: “Yes, ‘fun’ means very enthusiastic. Hahaha.”
