Lightly-raced maiden under NH rules. Creditable second of 9 in novice hurdle at this course (19f, heavy, 5/2) 29 days ago. Placed on both previous starts in this sphere and no surprise to see him thereabouts again.
€20,000 3-y-o, Idaho gelding who showed ability and probably would have benefited from more of a test when sixth of 15 in bumper (12/1) at Naas (16f, heavy) on NH debut 43 days ago, running on having not been ideally placed. Likely he can do better.
Affinisea half-brother to modest hurdler Birdman Bob, stays 21f. Dam (h110), bumper/2m hurdle winner, closely related to smart hurdler/top-class chaser (stayed 3¼m) Monalee. Easy winner sole start in points (Nov 2024) and confidence behind him in the betting would look significant.
Twice-raced maiden. 14/1, ran to a similar level as on debut when fourth of 16 in bumper at Navan (15.8f, good to soft) 129 days ago, no extra when headed over 1f out. Needs to take a step forward returning from a break.
Point-runner up who showed fair form in a pair of Gowran maiden hurdles and he again shaped well when second of 8 in bumper at Navan (16f, heavy) 52 days ago, left with lot to do. Has made an interesting yard switch ahead of this and he’s one to consider.
Jukebox Jury mare who tasted success in points and shaped well under the circumstances when finishing a close-up third of 14 in bumper at this course (16f, heavy) on NH debut 32 days ago. Fancied to build on that and she’s respected.
Big prices and well held both starts to date, latterly when eighth of 9 in bumper at Cork (16f, good to soft) 24 days ago. Passed over.
