The Mexican National Team is not going through a good moment, after the win the team received Javier Aguirre Against Colombia, the criticism has been more pointed against Vasco, its players and its coaching staff, although not everyone agrees that this is the main problem.

Mexico is close to completing a decade without its clubs participating in Conmebol competitions. The last teams that played in the Copa Libertadores were Pumas, Toluca and Puebla in the 2016 edition. On the other hand, Liga MX clubs have not gone to the Copa Sudamericana since 2008, when Chivas and San Luis participated.

What’s next for the Mexican National Team?

Javier Aguirre’s Tricolor has five more games before the World Cup starts, not including this Tuesday’s game against Ecuador, Mexico will play against Paraguay, Uruguay, in November and (tentatively) against France and Portugal in March, in addition to a match in June against Argentina.
