Lead DSM Announces New leadership Appointments

mallory riesberg and Elizabeth Silva join the team to drive learning programs and operational strategy.

Two new leaders have been appointed at Lead DSM.Mallory Riesberg will take on the role of learning and programs director, while Elizabeth Silva will serve as operations manager.

Riesberg, an alumnus of the Community Connect program, began her work earlier in the year. She is now responsible for the advancement and delivery of the institution’s leadership programs. Silva, who started in September, has over a decade of experience in operations and community leadership. Her focus will be on internal processes and organizational strategy.
