The Turkish team in Istanbul’s Galatasaray will not continue cooperation with the Latvian Robert Blumbergthe club reports.
The basketball player joined the team before the season. In 24 games in the Turkish league, he stood out with an average of 6.1 points and 2.5 rebounds, spending 16.4 minutes on the field.
Blumberg also played 16 games in the FIBA Champions League, scoring 6.4 points and 2.9 balls under the baskets.
For the Latvian it was the first season in turkey – he previously played in Greece, Spain, Latvia and NCAA.
Blumberg’s Performance in Turkey
During his time with Galatasaray, Robert Blumberg played in 24 Turkish league games, averaging 6.1 points and 2.5 rebounds in approximately 16.4 minutes per game.He also participated in 16 FIBA Champions League matches, contributing 6.4 points and securing 2.9 rebounds per game.

Blumberg’s Career Overview
prior to his stint in Turkey, the Latvian player gained experiance in various leagues, including those in Greece, spain, and Latvia, and also in the NCAA. This past season marked his first experience playing professionally in Turkey.
