Corvallis, Ore. – Oregon State guard Josiah Lake II has been named West Coast Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
Lake set a career high with 22 points against UIC on Friday, going 6-for-9 from the floor and 8-for-10 from the free throw stripe. The guard opened the season with a 10-point showing against North Dakota State on Monday. Overall, Lake has a team-high 16 rebounds on the year, as well as four steals.
Oregon State will host North Texas on Wednesday.
