“And several foreign currencies such as USD, SGD and JPY. As well as in the form of precious metals,” he said.

Budi said that the Corruption Eradication Commission had carried out exposure and determined the legal status of the parties who were arrested within 1 x 24 hours.

“We will convey the complete construction, chronology and parties named as suspects at the press conference this afternoon,” he said.

Previously, the KPK also held an OTT in Jakarta and Lampung targeting the Directorate General of Customs and Excise on Wednesday (4/2/2026).

The KPK arrested the former Director of Investigation and Enforcement at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in this silent operation.

“The person concerned is an echelon 2 official at Customs and Excise, actually a former director of investigations and enforcement. That’s who was then arrested in the Lampung area,” said Budi, at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Wednesday.

Apart from the former director, the KPK also arrested a number of parties in Jakarta.

He also said that several parties had arrived at the Red and White House for inspection.

Budi said that this OTT was related to an import case carried out by members of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise together with private parties.

“Importation activities were carried out by private parties. Then the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspected that there were allegations of corruption carried out by the parties,” he said.
