The dedication to youth development within the Birkengrün shooting club in Kneiting has yielded extraordinary results. For the first time, three young athletes from the club have earned a spot at the prestigious Bavarian championships in the 3-position air rifle event. They are scheduled to compete against top shooters from across Bavaria on July 12th and 13th at the Olympic shooting range in Hochbrück.

This year marks a series of firsts for the club. Previously, a student team from Birkengrün participated in the Gaumeisterschaften in the 3-position air rifle competition for the first time. The team included shooters Bastian Kreidl and Nina Biersack, among others.
