Thanks to a mechanical piston or an electric sensor positioned inside the barrel, a slight pressure of the hand, knee or elbow anywhere on the front is enough to trigger the opening. This system is ideal for high wall units or pantry columns, where you want the wardrobe to look like a continuous architectural wall in all respects.

The most recent evolution concerns the integration of motorized systems for assisted opening and closing. These mechanisms are particularly useful for large baskets loaded with dishes or for the heavy doors of fully built-in refrigerators, which would require excessive effort with a simple groove. Although they require a greater investment, electronic openings represent the pinnacle of home comfort, eliminating any physical barrier between the user and the containment space, while ensuring that surfaces remain pristine and free from visually disturbing elements.
