Kingmakers Game Delay: Development Needs More Time

The Redemption Road studio has announced the postponement of its expected game Kingmakes indefinitely, stressing that the game needs more time to refine the experience before it is put up for money.

In an official statement published on social media on October 3, the studio explained that the launch date scheduled for October 8 is no longer possible, and he apologized to the community, saying:

We regret the flight of your hopes, but we want to make sure that the game amounts to your expectations before its release.

Kingmakers revolves around a soldier traveling to England in the Middle Ages in an attempt to change the course of bloody war and prevent a global disaster. The company describes the game as “completely actual simulation that includes thousands of soldiers fighting at the same time”, and depends on “multi -threaded artificial intelligence from the next generation” to create realistic battles full of chaos.

Since its disclosure, Kingmakers has achieved a wide spread, as it has won hundreds of thousands of views through platforms like IGN, and many players likened to anime Gate, which combines historical imagination with modern military technologies.

Despite the absence of a new launch date, Redemption Road confirmed that she continues to work on the game and that she will share more updates “when you are ready.”
