KAIST & Researchers Advance Medical Science Collaboration

The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) announced on the 5th that a joint research team led by Professor Shin Shin-cheol and Park Soo-hyung of the Graduate School of Medical Sciences and Professor Eun Hyuk-soo of Chungnam National University School of Medicine has identified the molecular cause of ‘non-specific activation’ in which killer T cells, an immune cell, attack our bodies rather than viruses.
