Juventus was eliminated from the Coppa Italia after losing at home to Atalanta. La Dea won convincingly 3-0 over the Bianconeri.
Atalanta hosted Juventus at Gewiss Stadium in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals, Friday (6/2/205). The visiting team appeared aggressive at the start of the match.
Juventus had a chance when Francisco Conceicao’s cross was headed by Jonathan David. Header but still not on target.

La Dea tried to respond to Ederson’s long-range attempt. His efforts were still weak so it was easily secured by Mattia Perin.
Juventus had a golden opportunity in the 20th minute. Conceiao is free in the penalty box. Marco Carnacecchi was still alert to cover Portugal’s smoking wing shot.
A minute later the goal post thwarted Conceicao’s chance. Even though he was able to deliver a measured curved kick.
In the 25th minute, Atalanta received VAR after the referee reviewed the VAR. This was due to Bremer handball when trying to block Ederson’s cross.
Gianluca Scamacca, who stepped forward as executor, carried out his duties well. His shot from the penalty spot outwitted Perin in the 27th minute. Atalanta stole a goal to lead 1-0.
Juventus is still dominant after falling behind. They tried hard to equalize.
However, Juventus’ attacks were hampered by the solidity of La Dewa’s back line. The 1-0 score for Atalanta lasted until the end of the first half.
The situation was not much different after the break. Jeremie Boga can enter the penalty box from the left side.
His pass went to the front of goal but could not be met by a single Juventus player. The Bianconeri still have to think about dismantling the home team’s back line.
Too focused on attacking, Juventus forgot about its defense. Raol Bellanova’s attack moved from the wing.
He released a horizontal pass which was grabbed by Kamaldeen Sulemana for a goal in the 79th minute.
Atalanta got further away by successfully scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Mario Pasalic took a slow kick from the edge of the penalty box. Perin did not react to seeing the ball roll into the right corner of the goal.
Atalanta won 3-0. They advanced to the semifinals of the Coppa Italia.
