Emilia Romagna, with 19.44%, recorded the highest turnout, at 12pm, for the constitutional referendum on justice reform, when the national figure relating to the 61,533 sections was 14.92%. The turnout in Friuli Venezia Giulia was close to 18% with 17.86%, followed by Lombardy 17.57%, Liguria 17.50%, Veneto 17.06%, Tuscany 16.90%, Lazio 16.28%, Marche 15.63%, Valle d’Aosta 14.80%, Piedmont 14.44%, Umbria 14.37%, Abruzzo 14.09%, Sardinia 14.07%, Trentino Alto Adige 13.36%, Puglia 12.12%, Molise 11.48%, Campania 10.96%, Sicily 10.83%, Basilicata 9.84% and closing with the lowest figure is Calabria with 9.74%.
