At 26, his career path is atypical. After starting her career in the medical sector and being made redundant, she decided to change direction to pursue a profession that fascinates her: butchery. Originally from a family of farmers, Juliette Prat wishes to promote quality French production and breeding sectors. His ambition: to eventually open his own artisanal business to promote family Limousin cattle breeding. She is currently completing her apprenticeship within the company Les Bouchers régional 17, in La Rochelle, while continuing her training at CMA formation Lagord.

Rugby champion

Juliette leads a demanding dual project. In addition to her craft training, she is a high-level rugby player and double French champion.
