Argentine actor Julián Gil lived an extremely special moment in getting the Football Astro Lionel Messi to sign his arm minutes before the Inter Miami match against Palmeiras on day three of the Club World Cup at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. By getting one of his idols, his signature stamps the interpreter decided to immortalize this fact with a tattoo.
In a video posted by Gil on his Instagram profile, the actor shared the moment in which Messi approaches and signs his arm. After receiving his signature, Julián Gil was extremely excited about the fact that Lionel Messi, one of the most important players of the last decade, has signed his arm.
This was possible since Gil is doing the special coverage of the FIFA Club World Cup for the “La Play del Summer Tudn” program by Televisaunivision.
Gil was determined to ask Messi to sign his arm to tattoo him. Seeing that the Argentine footballer approached the actor’s nervousness increased. When Messi finally approached Gil said directly: “Leo, I want to tattoo your signature.”
The Inter Miami striker agreed without hesitation and took the down that the actor offered him to write his signature on the internal part of the arm. “Despacito to be well,” said Julián who smiled as he signed.
Julián Gil later went to a tattoo study where Messi’s signature immortalized. In his Instagram account the actor expressed what this meant for him.
“This was not just an autograph, it was a symbol of what Messi represents in my life. For those who love football and grew up seeing his magic, it is like tattooing a piece of history,” said the actor.
Although the actor was recorded from the tattoo study, he has not yet shown the results. According to the video, the firm will be the first of several designs with which he will cover his right arm, because he plans to tell his story as an amateur.
