Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, the schoolchildren of Jules-Ferry took up the challenge launched by the Science workshop at the University of Free Time. For each of the three participating classes, over four sessions of one and a half hours, the aim is to build with the materials available at the school a bridge 20 centimeters high by 30 centimeters wide, and capable of supporting a load of 500 grams. They imagined this bridge after going to visit Clos Lucé. Then after walking around the city to study its three bridges and the footbridge.
