Jule from Thuringia has lost 38 kilos. With her tips on exercise, nutrition and motivation, you can plan your everyday life specifically for your desired weight.
Jule from Thuringia is not only a dedicated mother of three, but also embodies remarkable weight loss. The 36-year-old has lost an impressive 38 kilos and has maintained this weight for two yearsas she proudly presents on her Instagram channel “this.is.jule” (32,200 followers).
This is Jules’ formula for success
“Six years ago the switch went off in my head,” says Jule candidly. “I have changed a few things in my life, both in terms of diet and exercise.” Your success is based on a consistent calorie deficit of 350 to 400 kcal per day. It is important to “never eat below your basal metabolic rate!” Jule emphasizes how crucial it is to consistently maintain this deficit – even on weekends.
Movement and balance
However, counting calories alone is not enough. Movement is crucial. “Without exercise there is no healthy deficit,” explains Jule. She integrates everyday activities such as hula hooping, walks and, more recently, jumping fitness into her everyday life. “Today I’m reasonably fit and enjoy doing sports,” she says. In the past, the Thuringian woman tended to prefer the couch.
An often underestimated part of your routine is drinking enough water. Jule makes sure to consume at least two liters of water every day. Reducing stress and getting enough sleep are other keys to your success. “Hey, it doesn’t always work 100 percent, I have real problems especially when it comes to drinking and dealing with stress – but it still works,” Jule admits honestly.
Sustainable success without magic remedies
It is particularly important to Jule not to follow any strict diets or use special products. “No surgery, no shakes, no pills, no powder, no chunky,” she emphasizes. “I don’t take it too seriously, which is why it took me over two years.”
Jule proves that consistent success takes time and adaptability. Her motto is: “Never give up and never go back.” Her approach shows that there are no perfect shortcuts, but that small, sustainable changes make a big difference. Even if everything isn’t always ideal, she remains happy: “It’s not perfect, I’m not perfect, but happy,” she adds.
With discipline, patience and targeted changes, everyone can find their own individual path – without any magic bullets or quick solutions.
