Established in 2020, JOLT strives to publish a full spectrum of news and information articles in service to the people of Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater and nearby areas in the state of Washington, United States of America. The publication will remain free to readers and will not erect paywalls. JOLT intends to provide factual, unbiased reporting. Our opinion section is open to all.
