The German Pension Insurance Baden-Württemberg is one of the largest regional providers of the statutory pension insurance with around 3,600 employees. In addition to our large locations in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, we are represented in other cities in Baden-Württemberg with regional centers. There, insured persons and pensioners receive information and assistance in all questions about insurance, rehabilitation and pension. A large part of the applications for pension and rehabilitation are processed completely and promptly on site. In addition, we provide information about additional options and variants of company and private retirement provision.
For our branch in Sigmaringen, we are looking for an office specialist at the next possible time (m/w/d) 50%for reception in part -time.
Your tasks
- Completion of activities in the reception area
- Coordination and regulation of the process of the customers to be advised
- Acceptance of documents and applications, simple information
- Participation in the request of documents and the management of forms and office material
- Qualified mail distribution and handling
- Telephone and appointment management
- Support in carrying out events
- Completion of other tasks transferred by instructions

- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new complex areas of responsibility as well as the software program of the pension insurance and to take part in our online training program

Payment in the employment relationship is made in pay group 5 TV-TGDRV (comparable TVöD). An ascent to pay group 6 TV-TGDRV is possible after complete familiarization. In addition, the supplementary supply, an annual special payment and a performance fee (praise) are granted in the public service.
