Jitters Café: New Burlington VT Business | UVM Alum Owned

Jitters Café is a trailblazer of sorts.

When the restaurant and bar opened Dec. 23, it was one of the first businesses in the long-in-the-works Burlington Square development on Bank Street, joining the AC Hotel Burlington by Marriott.

The start of winter usually isn’t the time to thrive downtown, especially with a season that’s been colder and snowier than many in recent years. “You’re starting from zero. You can only go up from here,” said Sierra Beardsworth, the general manager and co-owner-operator at Jitters.
