Fourth, we must follow the principle of “strengthening weaknesses and filling in the gaps”, and vigorously promote the construction of various projects such as monitoring and early warning, communication guarantee, professional team, material reserves, forest fire barriers, infrastructure, aviation patrols, and smart fire prevention. Truly build a solid safety base and improve the level of inherent safety. Fifth, we must organize a joint consultation between multiple departments and analyze and judge the forest fire prevention situation in multiple dimensions. We must strictly implement the 24-hour duty system and the leadership on-the-job duty system. The professional forest fire prevention team should be stationed in front and patrolled with equipment to achieve early detection, early reporting and early disposal of fires. Sixth, we must comprehensively do a good job in forest safety management, keep a close eye on key areas such as state-owned forest farms, nature reserves, forest-related tourist attractions, etc., focus on forest fire prevention, forest pest control, forest production, forest logging, wildlife breeding and other fields, fully fulfill the responsibility of forest safety supervision, implement various safety management measures, and comprehensively prevent all kinds of forestry disasters and secondary and derivative disasters.
