Jennifer Jacobs Returns to Ladder Fitness Platform

After leaving Peloton in 2019, Jennifer Jacobs is rejoining Ladder, drawn by the platform’s potential and community.

Fitness instructor Jennifer Jacobs is making a return to Ladder, the fitness platform she initially joined in 2020. This follows her departure from peloton in 2019, after a three-year stint. This move comes after speculation arose when Jacobs posted an Instagram video hinting at a return to the fitness world.

Jacobs had previously been with Ladder since its inception but left in 2021. Her return is motivated by her belief in the platform’s vision and the community it fosters.”Ther’s something here-thay’re on the cusp of something pivotal and I want to be a part of it,” she stated.

Jacobs sees Ladder as more than just a workout library. “I’ve had the unbelievable privilege of building fitness communities across some of the most recognized platforms, but there’s something truly different about Ladder,” she explained. She emphasizes the platform’s focus on “smart, lasting training” that builds both strength and community, replicating the feeling of personalized training. She also appreciates the app’s motivational features, such as streaks and milestones.

What to Expect From Jennifer’s new Strength Program

“There’s something here-they’re on the cusp of something pivotal and I want to be a part of it.”

Jacobs’ new program, Team Endure, focuses on building lean defined muscle in a way that integrates into everyday life. The workouts combine hypertrophy and aesthetic training with functional movements.”So you’re not just looking stronger but you’re moving better,” she says.

The sessions are designed to be 30 minutes or less, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness for busy individuals. The program can be adapted for home workouts with dumbbells or taken to the gym. Jacobs recommends it for all fitness levels, stating, “no matter where you’re starting from, this program meets you where you’re at and it evolves with you. It’s about lasting results, not quick fixes.”

Jacobs is eager to help people overcome barriers to fitness by making it accessible, effective, and inspiring. “Making a huge career move for myself at this point in my life is a risk, but it’s what I know will be such a reward,” she says.”This isn’t just a workout, this is a movement and we are just getting started.”
