James Harden is the only reason why Los Angeles is not sinking at the start of the season. The Bearded Man had to put out a huge performance to prevent his team’s defeat against the Charlotte Hornets 55 points (record in Clippers history) at 10/16 by far, thank you, goodbye.
For years, there has been one constant in the NBA: the Los Angeles Clippers are very bad when they play in European time, but one man, James Harden, came to change this dynamic. Last week, against Boston, he had a fantastic second half which almost turned the game around.
This Saturday, he did not wait to return to the locker room to enter his match. 27 points in the first quarter and a clear message sent to all of North Carolina.
Monster monster monster.

While the Bearded Man continues his recital, Kon Knueppel responds well and allows the Hornets to get back on track. But in addition to scoring en masse, James Harden manages to make his teammates shine more and more and raise the general level of his team.
The Hornets give in, they won’t be the stingiest today. 55 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds and 1 interception at 17/26 shooting, 10/16 from distance and 11/14 shooting for the Clippers playmaker, a real recital!

No one in the history of the Los Angeles Clippers had scored so many points in a game. James Harden became the first man to hold this record in two different franchises. He had previously scored 61 units with the Houston Rockets.
