⭐Spicy Spam Little Gimbap⭐

đŸŗIngredients (12 servings)
200g spam, 3 sheets of kimbap seaweed, cooking oil, sesame oil, sesame seeds
*Spicy seasoning*
1T red pepper paste, 1T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 2T starch syrup, 1/2T minced garlic
*Rice seasoning*
1 bowl of rice, 1T sesame oil, 1 pinch of salt, sesame seeds

đŸĨĸRecipe
1. Add 1T sesame oil, 1 pinch of salt, and sesame seeds to 1 bowl of rice and mix.
2. Slice the Spam thinly, blanch it in hot water, and slice it into sticks.
3. Toast the spam until crispy in a heated pan and push it to one side.
4. Add 1T red pepper paste, 1T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 2T starch syrup, and 1/2T minced garlic, mix, boil, and mix with spam.
5. Kimbab Divide seaweed into 4 pieces, spread a thin layer of rice on top, top with spam and roll it up.
6. Apply sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to complete.

– If you want a hot and spicy taste, add Cheongyang pepper.
– It’s even more delicious if you add perilla leaves, pickled radish, and fried egg.
– You can add oligosaccharide or sugar instead of starch syrup.
– Adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
– Measurements are based on rice spoons.

*Spicy Sauce*
1T gochujang, 1T soy sauce, 1T mirin, 2T corn syrup, ÂŊT minced garlic
*Seasoned Rice*
1 bowl cooked rice, 1T sesame oil, 1pinch salt, Sesame seeds

đŸĨĸ Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with 1 Tbsp sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and sesame seeds.
2. Slice the Spam thinly, blanch it briefly in hot water, then cut into sticks.
3. Heat a pan and cook the Spam until crispy. Push it to one side of the pan.
4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, and minced garlic. Stir and simmer, then coat the Spam evenly with the sauce.
5. Cut each sheet of kimbap seaweed into 4 pieces. Spread a thin layer of rice on each piece, add the Spam, and roll tightly.
6. Brush with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
