Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Since it was announced at the 2026 Consumer Electronic Show (CES), the HP Infinix Note 60, which has telephone and SMS features via satellite, immediately stole attention.
The specifications of this cellphone have also become the target of the public. Even though at the CES 2026 event, Infinix did not mention the hardware specifications of the cellphone, the technical specifications of the latest device have begun to be revealed to the public via the Google Play Console page. This finding strengthens the signal for the launch of this cellphone in the near future.
Based on the data collected, the device with the model number “X6879” is certain to adopt the Android 16 operating system from the start. This is an indicator of Infinix’s readiness to provide the latest software updates for consumers, complementing the company’s promises regarding satellite communication features.
The list also includes the use of a System on Chip (SoC) with the code MediaTek MT6878. This processor has an eight-core (octa-core) configuration with a cluster division of four cores with a speed of 2.50GHz and four other cores at 2.0GHz.
Although the commercial name of the chip has not been stated explicitly, the technical architecture points to the use of the MediaTek Dimensity 7300. However, there is potential for this device to use the Dimensity 7360 considering the similarity of the core architecture and the launch time of the chip in the third quarter of 2025, reported by The Tech Outlook Tuesday (13/1/2026).
The visual sector of this device is recorded as having a screen resolution of 1208 × 2644 pixels with a density of up to 520 DPI. Apart from the punch-hole camera layout, the physical design shows an additional button on the left side which is predicted to function as a personalized action button.
Before its appearance on the Google Play Console, the existence of the Infinix Note 60 had also been detected through Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification and SDPPI certification in Indonesia. FCC certification data reveals the device’s operational superiority through its large battery capacity.
The FCC document notes the use of a Li-ion polymer battery with model “BL-60AX” which has a typical capacity of 6,150mAh and a rated capacity of 5,990mAh. To support the productivity of business and professional users, this device is also supported by fast wired charging of up to 45W.
This data leak complements Infinix’s strategy announced at CES 2026, where the Note 60 series is positioned to have superior Satellite Call and Messaging features. (Muhammad Diva Farel Ramadhan)
