KOMPAS.com – The Indonesian national team is now complete. A total of 29 players were in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Monday (6/10/2025).
The presence of all these players allows coach Patrick Kluivert to be more focused in designing team strategies.
The plan, the Indonesian national team will compete against Saudi Arabia in the first match of Group B in the fourth round of the 2026 Asian Zone World Cup qualifiers.
The Indonesian national team duel vs Saudi Arabia will take place at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, Jeddah, on Wednesday (8/10/2025) or Thursday at 00.15 in the morning WIB.

Chairman of the National Team Agency, Sumardji, announced directly that the Indonesian national team squad is now complete.
“There are all 29 players complete,” Sumardji said on Monday (6/10/2025). Bolasport.
Previously, the players arrived in Jeddah with separate flights. The first group of the Red and White team itself arrived on October 2, 2025.
However, at that time only 16 players were present. The Indonesian national team training began on October 3, 2025 with 16 players who took part in the inaugural session, including names like Thom Haye and Eliano Reijnders.

On October 4, 2025, two additional players, Jay Idzes and Nathan Tjoe-A-On, joined the team.
Furthermore, on October 5, 2025, two more players, Joey Pelukessy and Maarten Paes, followed.
Finally, on October 6, 2025, nine other players, including Justin Hubner and Kevin Diks, also arrived in Jeddah.
At present, the players have started training comprehensively to prepare themselves ahead of the match against Saudi Arabia.
However, Emil Audero certainly will not participate in this match due to injury.
