Jay Idzes was unable to reduce Inter Milan‘s attack when they visited Sassuolo’s headquarters. The Snake slaughtered Neroverdi who ended the match with 10 players 5-0.

Berardi’s shot went to Kristian Thorstvedt who turned the ball into a goal. This goal was later disallowed because Lauriente was already offside.

Sassuolo players protested to the referee after the goal was scored. This is because Muric felt that his movements were being interfered with by Petar Sucic.

Nemanja Matic, who protested strongly against the referee, was given a red card. Sassuolo had to play with 10 players from the 55th minute.

Inter had a golden opportunity in the 66th minute. Henrikh Mkhitaryan curls a shot. Muric couldn’t do much but Josh Doig was still there to block the ball on the goal line.

Goal!! Inter closed the match with a 5-0 win. Luis Henrique scored Inter’s fifth goal in the 89th minute. Henrique rattled Muric’s net with a powerful volley.
