Hyphens Pharma: Cerapro® MED Expansion into Europe

• Cerapro® is a patented skin pH-lowering cream, approved for the treatment of atopic dermatitis under the European Health Products Regulation (CE Mark).
• The product is scheduled to launch in 2026 in six European markets, including Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium.

SINGAPORE, January 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Hyphens Pharma International Limited (“Hyphens Pharma“o la”Company“, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group“), Singapore’s leading specialty pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare group, is pleased to announce the transfer of marketing rights for its innovative product, Cerapro® MED Skin Barrier Cream, to Louis Widmer SA (“Louis Widmer“) through a license, supply and marketing agreement (“License Agreement“) covering six European countries: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Pursuant to the License Agreement with Louis Widmer, Hyphens Pharma will receive an upfront commission and customary royalties on sales.

Atopic dermatitis, a common form of eczema, affects millions of people of all ages. Elevated skin pH and impaired skin barrier function are key factors in this condition. Cerapro®, with its patented formula, lowers the skin’s pH and helps restore the skin barrier. Approved as a CE marked medical device under the strict European Medical Device Regulation (MDR), Cerapro® offers a novel treatment option for patients with eczema. Lowering the skin’s pH also strengthens the skin’s inherent antimicrobial defense system.

Within the framework of this collaboration, Louis Widmer, an international cosmetics and pharmaceuticals company based in Switzerland, recognized for its high-quality dermatological products since 1960, will market and promote Cerapro® among dermatologists and pediatricians in the agreed markets.
