The Hudson Valley Taco Fest 8, themed “80’s On the Road,” is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, 2025, at People’s Park in Newburgh, new York.Located at 1 Washington St, Newburgh, New York 12550, the event is sponsored by Brothers Gutters, Jarritos, Casa Mexico, and K104 radio. Attendees can expect a variety of taco trucks, restaurants, and caterers offering numerous types of tacos and Latin cuisine in one location.

The festival will feature a wide array of taco vendors, restaurants, and caterers presenting diverse taco styles and Latin American cuisine. Multiple drink stations will offer Mexican beer, Sangria, margaritas, craft beer, cider, seltzers, and Jarritos.
