We are looking for a candidate and therefore future HSE/Compliance consultant, to strengthen our teams and support the HSE service of a client on a large ICPE site subject to Authorization (agri-food sector) – more than 500p working on this site.
Missions :
Ensure regulatory monitoring in HSE (via Red On Line software)
Coordinate regulatory site controls and support service providers during inspections (significant field presence).
Centralize and validate regulatory reports, manage compliance KPIs and monitor associated action plans.
Lead the site Compliance committee in order to manage the overall compliance of the site.
Be a Super User of the EALICO tool for the site (tool already in place)
Guarantee the proper use of the tool for managing regulatory compliance.
Train and support users in monitoring their compliance action plans.
Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of regulatory compliance management.
Manage the management and updating of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP).
Support teams in identifying, assessing and controlling professional risks.
Ensure the monitoring of action plans resulting from risk analyses.
Be the site’s Machine Safety referent.
Manage compliance audits of equipment and installations.
Ensure monitoring of compliance and elimination of identified non-conformities.
Support teams in applying regulatory requirements related to machine safety.
