After a long holiday, he asks, “How did you rest during the holiday?” Those who have been on a long trip hits their hands with a hard and tired look. “I think everyone is going to play. There were so many people wherever I went.”
Everyone believes that starting from when to rest properly, I say it is ‘achievement -oriented play culture’. It’s going to be a time, so I pursue the efficiency of wandering around. Like when I work, is this a real rest?
On the other hand, some people can’t relax when they need to rest. Of course, there are some people who are too busy and hard to live, but if you look back, you can play, but many people are sincere. They have long lost their way to rest, and when time is left, they are anxious and uneasy, so they can’t let go of the empty space.
Kim Eun -young, a specialist in mental health medicine, is a book for these people. After graduating from Seoul National University, he is currently treating students and staff at Seoul National University Gwanak Campus. In a word, I am good and sincere, and the people I meet in the office are at least 1%in sincerity. The characteristic of meeting a very special object for a long time was that I couldn’t rest.
The author diagnoses that perfectionist tendencies to set up and realize very high standards, to compulsively to keep their own standards and rules, to relieve stress with the sense of accomplishment, and to have a low self -esteem compensation.
They often say, “If you don’t do anything, you are anxious.”
Even if you go on vacation with such anxiety, you will plan to travel thoroughly. This is because they are evaluated by others and are recognized as playing well, and their self -esteem is rewarded and obsessive permissalism is maintained. Both work, rest, and both directions are used a lot of energy, so in the end, meeting is burnout, emptiness, and loneliness.
In the book, the author confesses that there was such a side. So I studied, devised, and applied it to medical care. I also felt a funny contradiction as I read it hard. The result of the effort to rest well is a book.
Real breaks are advised that they have positive feelings while relaxing and that the senses should be long afterwards. And let’s take that rest as a gift for me, not a waste of it. It should be a process of comparing with others and becoming acquainted with me, not the purpose of posting on SNS, and restoring the ability to control me. In addition, if you can do it for a long time, it is a gold icing.
I looked back on if I was resting well. This holiday, I read a book that was pushed for a long time at home, and I wrote this article in advance. Are you resting well?
