Alexander Skarsgård (49) is a well-known name for both us Norwegians, Swedes and outside the world.
Last week he was a guest on “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert. In the program he talked about the new film “Pillion”, which is a film with a love story, in which Skarsgård’s character begins a sexual relationship with a man. It also contains several sex scenes.
Got note from “Bob”
During the visit to Colbert, he is asked if he remembers his first crush. And he does. It is probably not too controversial to say that that love affair could have ended better.
Skarsgård says that when he was eight years old, he was in love with a girl who went to the same school as him. He refers to her as “Bob” and says that she knew he was in love with her. The romance had lasted for around two years.
– Yes, it was obvious, says Skarsgård in the programme.
After one day of school, he discovered a note in his jacket pocket. It then said that it was from “Bob”, who, incidentally, was a year older than Skarsgård.
– It said “Will you be my girlfriend? Yes, no, maybe,” says Skarsgård.

– It was a tough day
He ticked yes and came to school with the note the next day. He had already begun to think about how she would react when they met the next day. It was just a problem.
– The next morning I got there and saw “Bob”. I gave her the note and she asked “What is this?”. Then I heard our friend Morten, who is no longer my friend, says Skarsgård.
As you may have guessed by now, it was not “Bob” who had given Skarsgård the note, but rather Morten. And the latter then came with a mocking laugh in the direction of Skarsgård, we are to believe the story from the actor.
– I lost a lover and a best friend. It was a tough day, he says, followed by a laugh.
