The electronic services of the Health Insurance Authority witnessed a temporary stop from three o’clock this afternoon.
According to a letter issued by the Central Administration of Information Systems of Information Systems, the stop came as a result of the Egyptian company to transfer the fiber line feeding to the authority’s data center, at three in the afternoon, which led to the interruption of services for about two hours.
The letter pointed out that this procedure caused all the services provided by the data center during the interruption, provided that they return to work normally after the end of the transportation.
