A new rumor suggests a meaningful announcement could occur at the “Halo” World Cup in late October,according to a report by Rebs Gaming (via Insider Gaming). The information reportedly stems from an informal conversation with a developer at the Dallas Open.

Rebs Gaming previously reported that the unveiling of a new “Halo” game was being planned for 2025. While official confirmation is still pending, Microsoft’s increasing focus on multi-platform releases suggests the PS5 could be a viable option.
