The dayGuterres criticizes Venezuela operation – US speaks of criminal prosecution
According to its UN Ambassador Mike Waltz, the USA is not waging war against Venezuela. Rather, the arrest of President Nicolas Maduro is act of law enforcement said Waltz before the UN Security Council.
