On September 26, 2025, Güllü fell from the window and died while having fun with her daughter and her friend on the closed terrace on the 5th floor of the apartment building on Vali Akı Street, Harmanlar District, Çınarcık district. An investigation is continuing by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the death of the famous artist Gül Tut, known as “Güllü”.
Within the framework of the investigation, the report prepared by Bursa Forensic Medicine Biology Specialization Department was revealed. According to the report, no trace of DNA belonging to anyone else was found in the samples taken from Güllü during the autopsy. In particular, the absence of anyone else’s DNA in the samples taken from Güllü’s nails strengthened the possibility that there was no struggle before the incident.
On the other hand, Rahmi Çelik, the family’s lawyer, made a statement on the issue and said, “There is a report sent by the Biology Specialization Department. As a result of this report, it says exactly the following: No DNA profile was found in the samples taken during Ms. Güllü’s autopsy.
“We believe that when these are evaluated and the necessary reports come to the file, the material truth will emerge in a short time,” he said.
