Independiente Medellín secured a significant away win against Deportes Tolima at Manuel Murillo Toro stadium. Medellín initially trailed after a goal from julián Quiñones, but rallied with goals from Fydriszewki, Berrío, and león to claim the victory. This win provides a valuable boost to independiente Medellín’s position in Group A.

Meanwhile, América de Cali also celebrated a crucial triumph against Junior of Barranquilla. Playing at home,the ‘Scarlet’ squad faced an early setback,conceding a goal in the first minute. Though, América responded with goals from Duván vergara and Jorge Carrascal, securing three points and moving to the top of the table based on a sports advantage.
