This weekend if you are in the Bordeaux region, do not miss the festival (and still all the month of September and October for certain exhibitions) whose programming you will find here. But I offer some focus & info on what awaits you.

David B. is in the spotlight with a retrospective of his career through 200 originals at the Mériadeck library until October 25. The exhibition commissioners come back to almost 80 books & comics of the designer through thematic lighting. David B. publishes today Mr. Chouette At the association, a book that reconnects with the mystery of dreams and it will be dedicated during the show and you can meet him on Saturday (13/09) at 2 p.m. or follow him for a guided tour of the exhibition on Sunday (14/09) at 2:30 p.m.
Around the series Tulip —And of its associated series The Club of Friends, Crocus– This will be an opportunity to see the original plates, the paintings, the sketches or objects that leave Sophie Guerrive’s workshop around this endearing universe. This exhibition will also present her first collections of drawings published by Ion to complete the whole and you can interact with her during a meeting on Sunday September 14 at 5 p.m. or in dedication during the show and even participate in a “Cailloux workshop” on Saturday September 13 at 10:30 am.
An exhibition around Eric Losfeld and his editorial adventure on the occasion of the release of the book Edit comics for adults. Éric Losfeld and Le Fonde (1964-1873) by Benoît Pretteille published the new impressions. A book that I recommend that you just finished. Benoît Pretteille will offer a guided tour on Saturday September 13 at 2:30 p.m. and will be dedicated during the show. The exhibition will present both original plates but also books, magazines and posters linked to the publishing house or to its cult titles from the lesser collection, as Valentina from Guido Crepax, The Pravda is overwhelmed the Guy Peellaert, Lolly Strip De Georges Pichard, Lone Sloane by Philippe Druillet, Epoxy by Paul Cuvelier or Kiss Kool of Philippe Hunt …
Julie Delporte’s work is also highlighted to discover her adult books – drawn band or poetry – and those intended for youth. His latest book Large ears Will be an opportunity to meet her during the signing show or during a meeting on Sunday September 14 at 2 p.m.
But that’s not all: Philippe Katerine exhibits her drawings & installations (around her album My cute drawings at Hélium); Pig Paddle Mannimarco will present its Letters to Blue Bird ; Florie Saint-Val his vehiixes and Claire Braud and Matthias Picard their mountains scribbles…
