Grand View Jacobson Institute: Free Career Simulator

The Jacobson Institute at Grand View University has announced the launch of a new free online platform offering interactive career simulations to students, educators and community members, in partnership with job simulation platform Forage. The Jacobson Institute Career Simulator Hub provides self-paced, employer-designed job simulations across fields such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, project management, cybersecurity, finance and consulting. Each simulation replicates real workplace tasks to help participants build practical skills and gain career insights. The new initiative aims to address uncertainty about career readiness identified in Forage research, which shows that 81% of students and recent graduates report they are somewhat or very unclear about the steps needed to achieve career success. The Jacobson Institute is a resource on the Grand View campus providing skills training, workforce development and assessments to support a future-ready workforce.
