entrepreneur Michelle Cordeiro Grant recently shared her summer 2025 essentials,offering a glimpse into her ideal sunny day.
Grant emphasizes the importance of starting the day with physical activity. “Every morning, I get in some movement. …I strive to constantly keep a good routine of outdoor sunshine and saltwater moments to feel my best in mind, body, and energy,” she said. Her routine includes biking, workouts, rebounding, beach runs with her husband, and walks.
Following her morning exercise, Grant chooses a swimsuit. She favors lemon-printed styles from her company’s Cabana Collection.
