Gold prices in Egypt today, Friday, February 6, 2026, witnessed relative stability, with global prices falling to $4,956.13 per ounce, and the price of a gram of 21 carat gold recorded about 6,635 pounds, while the price of a gold pound reached about 53,080 pounds.

Other prices came: 24 karat at 7,582.75 pounds, 22 karat at 6,951 pounds, 18 karat at 5,687.25 pounds, and 14 karat at 4,423.25 pounds.

The local market was affected by the global rise in gold as a result of the increased demand for it as a safe haven, in parallel with the decline in the dollar index, while silver witnessed a noticeable decline. Gold futures for April delivery also rose by 0.73%, reaching $4,853.59 per ounce.

Technical analysis indicates that support levels for gold are at $4,423.20 per ounce, while resistance levels are located at $5,113.90 per ounce.
