The Israeli army continues to escalate its attack on the Gaza Strip, as dozens have been killed in the past 24 hours, while the White House is awaiting the response of Hamas to the plan of US President Donald Trump to stop the war, while the White House expects Hamas’s approval of Trump’s plan to end the Israeli war on Gaza, and said that the US President “will put a time period for the movement regarding the response.”

While the Palestinian movement continues its internal consultations to crystallize its response to the American plan, sources in “Hamas” suggested to “Al -Sharq” that the movement requests clarifications and amending a number of fundamental items in the plan to end the war, especially with regard to stopping the war and withdrawing the Israeli from the sector, handing the movement of the movement, and the Israeli detainees, and what the sources called the “Guardian Council”, in reference to the body that the US president proposes to manage the sector after the war.

The sources said that the movement is seeking to obtain clarifications regarding the complete endowment of the war in the plan, with guarantees that the attacks are not returned, as it is taking place in Lebanon, and that it will demand a clear schedule for the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.

The sources pointed out that the movement differentiates between two types of weapons, offensive and defensive, considering that the defensive weapon is “an existential issue of the movement is not negotiable and bargaining.”

White House spokeswoman, Caroline Levitte, said in an interview with “Fox News”, on Thursday that Washington hopes and expects Hamas to agree to Trump’s plan.

She pointed out that “President Trump and his team worked hard on this 20 -point comprehensive plan on Gaza, which has received global approval … Everyone in the world supports this plan. Israel and its Prime Minister have accepted this plan as well.”

And she continued: “We saw Arab and Islamic countries accepting and praising the plan, and all our European allies emphasized that the president and his team are doing the right … This is an acceptable plan, and we hope that Hamas will accept this plan to be able to move forward towards the Middle East more peace and prosperity.”

Levitte added that Trump “will put a certain limit to the deadline” that he will give to Hamas to accept his proposal.

Expectations of a “positive response”

The “Times of Israel” newspaper, quoting sources, described it in the negotiations, suggested that the Hamas movement respond positively, “noting that the expected response” within hours. “

  3. 3. If the two parties agree to this proposal, the war will end immediately. The Israeli forces will withdraw to the agreed line in preparation for the release of the hostages. During this period, all military operations, including aerial and artillery shelling, will stop, and the fighting lines will remain frozen until the conditions for full interim withdrawal will be met.
  4. 4. Within 72 hours of the announcement of the acceptance of this agreement, all hostages will be returned, alive and dead.
  5. 5. Once all the hostages are released, Israel will release 250 prisoners governed by life, in addition to 1700 detainees from Gaza, who were detained after October 7, 2023, including all women and children detained in that context. 7. 7. When this agreement is accepted, comprehensive and immediate assistance will be entered into the Gaza Strip. As a minimum, the quantities of aid will coincide with what was stipulated in the January 19, 2025 agreement on humanitarian aid, including the rehabilitation of infrastructure (water, electricity, sanitation), the rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and the introduction of the equipment necessary to remove the rubble and open roads.
  8. 8. The entry and distribution of aid in the Gaza Strip will be available without interference from both sides, through the United Nations and its agencies, and the Red Crescent, along with other international institutions that are not related to either parties. 9. 9. Gaza will be managed by a temporary transitional ruling by a non -political technocratic Palestinian committee, which is responsible for the Department of Public Services and Local Affairs of the Gaza population. Trump, with members and heads of state, is later announced, including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. This body will put the framework and manage the funding for the reconstruction of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority will accomplish its reform program, as shown in several proposals, including the peace plan presented by President Trump in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, and is able to regain control of Gaza effectively and safely. This body will be based on the best international standards for creating a modern and effective governance that serves the inhabitants of Gaza and attracts investments.
  10. 10. The Trump Plan for Economic Development will be developed to rebuild and revitalize Gaza, through an expert committee who contributed to the establishment of modern, prosperous cities in the Middle East. This force will train and support the Palestinian police forces whose eligibility has been verified, in consultation with Jordan and Egypt, because of their extensive experience in this field. These forces will be a long -term internal security solution. The ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure the border areas, along with the newly trained Palestinian police. It is necessary to prevent munitions from entering Gaza and facilitating the flow of goods quickly and safely to rebuild and revitalize Gaza. It will also be agreed on a mechanism to avoid engagement between the parties.
  16. 16. Israel will not occupy Gaza and will not include it. With control and stability by the International Stability Force, the Israeli army forces will withdraw according to standards and time stations related to the disarmament process, which is agreed upon between the Israeli army and the international stability force, the guarantors and the United States, with the aim of making Gaza safe so that it does not pose a threat to Israel or Egypt, or its citizens themselves. In practice, the Israeli forces will gradually transfer control of the lands they occupy in Gaza to the international stability force under an agreement with the transitional authority, until the withdrawal process, with the exception of a security presence, will be completed until Gaza is guaranteed to be free of any renewed terrorist threat.
  17. 17. In the event that the Hamas movement is delayed or this proposal is rejected, the foregoing, including the expanding process of aid, will be implemented in the areas empty of terrorism that are received from the Israeli army forces to the international stability force.
  18. 18. A course of interfaith dialogue will be established based on the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, with the aim of changing mentalities and narratives among Palestinians and Israelis by emphasizing the benefits of peace.
  19. 19. 20. 20. The United States will launch a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous coexistence.

Russian President Vladimir Putin joined the list of supporters of Trump’s plan, and said in statements, on Thursday, that the initiative of the US President “calls for optimism” and expressed Moscow’s readiness to “support the plan”, provided that “it leads to the establishment of a Palestinian state next to Israel.”
