PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA) officially announced the board of directors and board of commissioners based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at the Garuda Management Building, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Wednesday (15/10/2025).
Based on the EGMS results received by detikcom, Garuda appointed Glenny H Kairupan as Main Director (Dirut) replacing Wamildan Tsani. Apart from that, the EGMS also added the position of Deputy Main Director (Wadirut) which was filled by Thomas Sugiarto Oentoro.
The agenda also adds the position of Director of Finance and Risk Management for the company which was previously vacant. Based on the results of the EGMS, Garuda announced Balagopal Kunduvara to fill this position.
